(RSI) was founded in 1990 and has played a leading role in the field of total unified communications management solutions.    RSI believes in leveraging leading edge technologies to provide concrete tools for information managers. We develop, manufacture and distribute communication management applications for: call accounting, computer telephony integration, presence console, emergency notification, hotel and motel billing, instant messaging, carrier comparisons, rebilling, facilities management, equipment billing. We also provide a number of outsourcing and managed services including invoice analysis, rebilling and call accounting.

Our customer installations include small to medium (SMB) and large enterprise organizations.  Our dealer network includes major telephone companies, PBX and IP switching manufacturers, interconnects, equipment vendors, hotel and motel management companies, alternate long distance providers and consultants.


In August  2000, RSI acquired Revolution Software (previously located in Needham, MA). The integration of two popular product lines under one umbrella broadened our comprehensive communications management portfolio.   This portfolio includes: Call Accounting, Hotel Billing, Visual Console, Instant Messaging, IP & Serial Data Storage,  ACD Reporting and Web-hosted Management Services  

In May of 2007,  RSI acquired MerAssistant.com (previously located in Dallas, TX) strengthening its position as the leading provider of communication management solutions for Nortel telephony platforms. MerAssistant and the new MerAssistant Multi-Site Manager allows administrators to perform many of the daily tasks of programming their Nortel telephone switches via intuitive graphical user interface.

In December of 2007, RSI launched
HostedCallAccounting.com to Avaya and Nortel enterprise customers in need of managed/hosted telecom expense and communication management solutions.  

RSI has been an active member of Avaya DevConnect for over a decade for various platforms 
(inc. Avaya Aura Communication ManagerIP Office and IP Phones). 

RSI has also been an active
Nortel Developer Partner  program since the program inception (inc. BCM / BCM50, Norstar, SCS 500, Meridian 1 and CS 1000).  

Our solutions encompass all major industry sectors including: professional bill-back, corporate cost allocation,  hotel/motel billing, switch administration and desktop integration to customer relationship management systems.
RSI is the only Developer Partner with call management solutions that have received  Avaya Compliant Solution and Nortel Compatible Product designation .  

RSI is the first vendor to receive special
Registered Product  recogniton for Revolution Web Call Accounting on Nortel SCS 500 and is the only recognized Avaya Compliant Solution for Avaya IP Phones for call accounting.
